Tuesday

FSU 9/4/17

So this week has been pretty adventurous. We had a pretty chill P-day last week.

Monday- Email, Shopping, then played Apples to Apples with the sisters. Pretty chill day.

Tuesday- We drove to Mobile to give them supplies and for District meeting. We then drove back and just did our missionary work in our area! Finally! Sometimes I feel like Im NEVER in my own area! haha

Wednesday- Brother Spencer took my companion and I out to a super good BBQ place in the Hood of Mobile. It was soooo good! We also had some nasty storms come through because of Hurricane Harvey. So we were under Tornado watch for a while. We then has some lessons that we went to for the rest of the day.

Thursday- We got up and cleaned out our mini Van. We then went and filled our tires up with air and grabbed a bite to eat. After eating and filling up our car with gas we hit the road for our LONG drive to Tallahassee. Solid 4 1/2 hour drive. It kinda got scary on the way there because we had some pretty bad storms. Everyone was going like 30 in a 70 because the rain was so bad. We stopped on our way and I get to see the senior couple in my old area. They were soooo happy to see me! I love them they are just so nice! We finally arrived in Tallahassee that night. We went to some good eating places that night. Then we went to the Church Building where everyone was playing volleyball! We had like 8 missionaries there and a bunch of college kids! It was fun!

Friday- We woke up got ready and then we went to TCC. Tallahassee community College. The reason why we are in Tallahassee was for us to go on exchanges with the Assistants to the President. Which was really fun. So they are campus missionaries at TCC. We just got out of the car walked into the campus and just started talking to everyone! It was sooo different from just normal missionary work. We just turn and talk , turn and talk, and turn and talk. lol It was really cool because the first person we talked to wasnt interested but we asked him if he knew anyone and he said he instantly just thought of his friend. So we gave him our info and hopefully we get a call from him. The next person we talked to we were able to teach them the entire restoration and invited her to church. It was really cool because she had some great questions and was able to understand it really well. Later we went to go switch out our car. We got a chevy malibu. Its really nice! We then had some meetings about some training we will be giving to our zone. The AP's went over some things for us to talk about. Later that night we went to FSU campus to take some pictures. That was pretty fun.

Saturday- We drove a long ways back to Alabama. When we got back we had to go straight to volleyball night. It was really fun! We then went home and hit the sack! We were soooooo tired!

Sunday- We had a great Fast and Testimony meeting! We had two investigators at church. A mother and her 16 year old son. The 16 year old got up and bore his testimony!! The Entire spirit of the testimony meeting changed!! It was amazing! Everyone just loved them! The mother had some great experiences at church! She said she really felt the spirit here! It was sooo awesome! We then had an opportunity to teach Gospel Principles class. We taught on tithing and offerings. It was really good we had 3 investigators there. Than after church we hung out with our bishop and just talked and had some good conversations! He is super cool HE reminds me a lot of my Older brother Brian.
Today- Did service for an older couple moving furniture around and up a hill. Now im emailing. hahha
